K9 Unit
The current GPD K9 Unit was created in 2017 and currently consists of one K9 handler - Officer Mays, and his K9 partner - Kato. Kato is dual-purpose certified in narcotic detection, tracking, and apprehension. She is available to do programs for the community throughout the year. If you would like to have her come to your public event, please contact our department by phone at 812-663-3131 or email at police@greensburg.in.gov.
2024 K9 Golf Scramble
Please join us for our 5th Annual K9 Golf Scramble on September 28, 2024 at the Greensburg Country Club. We will tee off at 10am. Lunch and swag bags will be provided. We hope to see you there!
